Need help or loan to get vehicle back

Hi, I wish I didn’t have to create this post but the last month or so has been absolutely terrible and just when I don’t think it could get any worse it does. I was out of town for about 3 weeks and returned a few days ago to find my truck not where I left it. Luckily it wasn’t stolen but it was towed to an impound lot about 2 weeks ago. I was not notified and was not aware that it was sitting in this lot racking up more fees everyday. I’ll need over $400 to get it back but t the moment I am not employed and planned to find a job when I returned but this is tanking that more difficult. Even if I do get a job I’ll have to wait at least 2 weeks for a paycheck and I’ll just rack up more in fees waiting. I’m hoping someone will either loan me the money needed to get my truck so I can get a decent job ASAP and pay you back or someone has some odd jobs or something they need me to assist with or have me perform. I will take pride in my work and be sure you are satisfied also. I would greatly appreciate
