The Marina at Dana Point is seeking F/T Maintenance We are looking for a skilled Maintenance worker to perform dock repair and maintenance tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring facilities are tidy and functional. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will have experience and solid technical knowledge. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina. Responsibilities: Perform dock repair and maintenance as trained. Perform various facility maintenance tasks as they arise. Walk docks to identify issues Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems Collaborate with workers and other professionals Report to a facilities or maintenance manager for issues Janitorial Duties including restroom/shower cleaning, trash removal and sidewalk cleaning Skills Proven experience in maintenance/repair Experience using hand and electrical tools Ability to read technical manuals and drawings Very good communication and interpersonal skills Physical stamina and dexterity Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
