We are a specialty contractor and the premier Four Seasons Sunrooms installer in Southern California and a top ten installer nationwide which installs high-end sunrooms in both residential and commercial applications (2) Luxury Bath of Los Angeles and Orange County, which provides quick-turn bath and shower remodeling Our business is growing as customers transition to working from home and need additional work/living space. Our growing sunroom business has an immediate need for a Full-Time Sunroom & Patio Cover Apprentice Installer with great career growth potential. Hours per Week: 40-Full Time Pay Rate: $19.00 to $25.00 hour (commensurate with experience). $1,000 Sign-on bonus paid upon completion of 5 satisfactory projects upon recommendation from lead installer. Job Requirements: In this apprentice role you will work under the direct supervision of an experienced, highly skilled, professional installer to construct, erect, install and service sunrooms and patio covers using hand tools and power tools. We develop our installer apprentices to become lead installers, managing a small crew. Lead installers earn average compensation between $75-125K annually. Job Requirements: Must be Authorized to work in the USA, Local Inquires Only. Preferred have at least 1 year carpentry or general construction experience Willingness to train, take direction and learn new a new trade. Must have personal tools. Must have a driver’s license. Must have dependable Truck/Van. Able to maintain a positive can-do attitude in a fast paced environment. Self-motivated, highly-organized and detail-oriented. Able to think outside the box and problem-solve. Ability to self-manage, arrive on time, stay on schedule and meet production deadlines. Good interpersonal skills.
