We are a property management company located in Lawndale in business for over 30 years. We manage apartment buildings, commercial properties, and houses. looking for a handyman/maintenance technician who is multi-skilled, organized, professional and self-motivated, to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours a week. $19.00 per hour to start + 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year, 2 weeks after year 2. Requirements: - Must be tech-savvy, very handy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. as needed, go up and down stairs as needed. - Communication skills - ability to get along with people and tenants. - Speak English and Spanish is a plus. - High School Diploma - Must have a minimum of 1-year of experience in general building maintenance and repairs. - Must have your own tools. - Must have reliable transportation with valid insurance. - Must have a California driver's License.
