Maintenance Specialist Our business is growing and in need for a dependable and hard-working individual to join our production support team in the warehouse. Job description: Supervises and coordinates receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, tools, equipment, and products within the company. Ideal candidate will be mechanically inclined and able to repair or maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles. Must have the ability to sit, stand, or bend while lifting 50lbs throughout the work day both inside the warehouse and outside on job sites. Will need to be able to drive for extended periods while delivering materials, tools, or equipment in all weather conditions. General job functions: Responsible for tool & building material inventory in and out of stock. Responsible for performing basic warehouse duties. Responsible to schedule and/or perform maintenance on all company tools, equipment, and vehicles. Responsible to schedule and/or perform maintenance on the office building and grounds. Responsible to assist with any repair and service work on clients buildings as needed. Responsible to schedule and perform job site safety inspections Responsible to pick up and deliver materials and equipment to jobs and foremen as needed. Responsible to assist in the administration and maintenance of computer files/information pertaining to the warehouse and company inventory of tools, materials, and equipment. Must be able to drive a forklift. Employment Requirements: Prior Work: Minimum one year of stable work history Education: High school diploma, or equivalent Physical: Ability to lift 50lbs and be on feet all day Skills: Preferred RECENT forklift driving experience; six months' experience, certification not required (willing to train the right candidate) Ability to work independently and with people Clean driving record Must know how to tow large equipment Benefits: 401k, medical, life, Paid time off, Holiday pay, Health Savings Account, Dental and vision available.
