Apply online at www.stemilt.com Summary:  The objective of this position is to sort cherry defects, also bag, weigh, and pack cherries by performing the following duties: This job requires long hours for the short cherry harvest. Days off may vary each week depending on production needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Place cherries with defects such as color, shape, bruises, softness, grade, sunburn and punctures into the appropriate conveyor belt/shoot Remove leaves and debris. Pack and weigh cherries into appropriate bags. Place correct box lid on packed cherry boxes. Clamshelling cherries Other duties may be assigned. Must be at least 16 years of age. Must be flexible with working schedule.  Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail.  Must be able to work on long shifts. Must have the ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to complete repetitive work for long periods of time. Must have the ability to work in a fast environment. Además de embolsar, pesar, y empacar la cereza realizando las siguientes funciones: Esta posición requiere trabajar turnos largos durante la cosecha de la cereza. Días de descanso pueden variar cada semana dependiendo de producción. Responsabilidades y labores esenciales: Colocar cerezas con defectos tales como color, podridas, y maltratada en la banda apropiada. Retirar las hojas y otros residuos. Empacar y pesan las cerezas en bolsas adecuadas. Poner tapaderas en la caja correcta sobre cajas de cerezas empacadas. Otras funciones pueden ser asignadas. Deben de tener por lo menos 16 años de edad. Deben ser flexible con el horario de trabajo. Deben tener la habilidad de hacer trabajo repetitivo mientras pone atención detallada. Deben de poder trabajar turnos largos. Deben de estar de pie por largos periodos de tiempo. Deben tener la habilidad de trabajar en un ambiente rápido. Deben poder subir y bajar escaleras.
