Mow lawns and maintain landscaping in common areas. Complete work orders within 24 hours and follow a preventative maintenance schedule. Secure, repair and maintain any equipment owned by the manufactured home community. Clairmont is a beautiful manufactured home community in Oregon City, OR and we want YOU to be our Maintenance Technician! To thrive in this role: Have at least one year of property maintenance experience Ability to use hand tools as necessary Have the ability to Lift and carry up to 60lbs. unassisted Work efficiently under minimum supervision Promote positive, proactive resident relations Capable of working weekends as needed Check out our Company and Community reviews!
