STARTING ROLE: • Brewing tea • Manning express store • Taking inventory • Basic Marketing (social media, mailers) • Engaging with customers • Uber eats registration • Tidy and organized • Learning to brew kava SENIOR ROLE: • Accomplishes all above tasks proactively and proficiently • Ability to train new employee in 2-3 months for pilot store • Capable of growing into below responsibilities soon • Oversee setup of new express stores at chosen locations • Wholesale pre brewed teas to other gas stations, and deliver them when necessary. • After expansion, coordinate all express stores, perhaps manning in rotation to help build the stores.
