Boarder Collie/lab Needs a bigger home

I have a dog that needs more space to run and play. He's great with others dogs when he gets to know them. Doesn't chase cats. Loves to Play tug a war with my other dog. He is boarder Collie/lab so he is hyper but calms down fairly fast and well. He would be a great guard dog. He is kennel trained, potty trained, doesn't do the best on leash. But listens to his name well. Very treat motivated. So has alot to learn. He is 2 years old August 24th.
