Diatonic - Looking to Rebuild Again

Diatonic is a hard rock\heavy metal band that is based in Hampton Roads. The band has existed in some form or another for the better part of 10 years, and has played more than a hundred shows at many of the local bars and clubs. Throughout the years, band members have come and gone for various reasons, and here I am again, looking to rebuild with almost all new members. Diatonic has made it's name by playing accurate versions of songs by some of the biggest names in rock, with a focus on 80's heavy metal. Iron Maiden, AC\DC, Black Sabbath, Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer, Ratt, Dokken, Skid Row, Van Halen, Judas Priest, etc, etc, and also digging into classic rock bands like Led Zeppelin and Aerosmith, Thin Lizzy, Rush, Kiss, and even some of the newer bands that are now considered classic, like Alice In Chains, Soundgarden, and so many others. If you happen to remember Headbanger's Ball on MTV on Saturday nights, that's alot of what Diatonic is all about. I'm a guitarist and am looking for the whole band basically. I am also very interested in writing and performing original music, so this is not just a cover band.
