Please help rescue dog

I found this dog in a Wal-mart parking lot. She is skin and bones at the moment, but I’ve taken her home and she’s started to eat and regain her energy. I had her checked for a microchip, but there wasn’t one. I’m taking her for a check-up at the vet this afternoon. I already have two dogs and cannot take her in long-term or adopt her. Please let me know if you’d like to take her in!
