My loving dog needs a doctor!

Can someone help me pay for my dog, Tbone to see a vet, please? I have tried everything to treat what my sis said is a flea allergy but nothing is working. I cannot afford to take hum to a vet due to my income, I already stretch it too far! He is a very loving, smart dog, and is not the same social creature he normally is. Please someone help him.
