Looking for a part time, experienced production chef that could turn into full time. The Production Cook is responsible for food preparation, packaging, and sanitation issues of the kitchen. Production chefs are likely to work with centrally developed standardised recipes and menus, producing food often in high volumes. They apply highly methodical organisational skills, energy, accuracy, attention to detail and are mindful of the importance of sustainability and protecting the environment Requirements: - Must have a valid New York State Food Handler's license - Kitchen experience is preferred - Willing to sign NDA Please contact us with your resume.
