TAMPA, FL — This little guy was taken into custody after refusing to move from someone's front porch in Tampa where he was trying to stay warm on a cold night. Tampa Police took the opportunity to remind residents that, as temperatures drop, pets get cold, too, and need shelter to keep warm.
