Bay Area Land Management is a growing local company provides forestry mulching services as well as grading and landscape construction services. We are looking to hire motivated and focused individuals who enjoy working outside. Landscape Labors: $15-25 hr. No experience required but looked upon. Will be working with power tools, chainsaws and yard equipment. Basic duties include landscaping, tree and flower planting, operating equipment, clearing brush, wood chipping, and much more. Must be able to lift 80 lbs. Equipment Operators: $15-$25 hr. Must have experience correctly operating skid steers with attachments and excavators. Loading and unloading equipment from trailers and correctly strapping down equipment. Ability to drive trucks and trailers and follow safety and DOT regulations. Requirements for both positions are a valid driver's license. Excellent communication skills and ability to learn and take direction. A high degree of self-motivation, and ability to work well with others.
