Urgent: 6 days before the movers come 😞 Due to issues with shipping her and her possibly not surviving we are sad to be re homing our family turtle Shelly. Shelly is a red eared slider turtle who is 1 year and 7.5 months old. She would need to go to someone who knows about red eared slider turtles, their temperament and how to properly care for her. Due to this there will be an adoption fee. $200 We would prefer her go to someone who is going to be staying on island to avoid any issues with shipping her back state side that could cause her harm. She loves to eat dried shrimp, turtle buffet, and live guppies, and she loves to play outside and get sunshine but definitely has to be supervised because turtles are very fast and can hurt themselves if you do not supervise them. Turtles are very sassy and do not prefer to be handled but will if handled properly and with care. In her tank she is extremely sociable. You will need to know how to safely and properly handle her to avoid any injuries to you or her. I will send videos to those interested in adopting Shelly and please know that this is an animal that will bond with you and needs a home for her many years to come ❤️. She will come with a 20 gallon tank, River rocks, sunbathing rock, her two lights, her filter, her plants, her Carrier and more. Please only serious inquiries and those who will truly give her the love and happy home she deserves. Shelly needs a new home by May 19th at the latest.
