ASE Mechanic Repair Needed

I built a Streetrod using a mid-70's drivetrain. The steering column is a tilt. The tilt is loose. 4 bolts are loose, and the tilt needs repair to tighten it up. I will not hire anyone from here who isn't qualified. That's why I'll pay a qualified mechanic more to do the job correctly. A certified ASE mechanic is my preference to do the repair.
