Looking for a young parakeet for a companion for my cockatiel. I am looking preferably for a bird under 2 years old and male. Last year my cockatiel’s companion budgie died and he really does not do okay on his own. I have very advanced experience caring for birds and would be happy to pay a rehoming fee. I have a cage and all the accessories as well. Bird does not need to be hand tame. As long as he is mildly okay with people but gets alone well with other birds.
