Join us June 27, 2022 for a relaxing Meditation Workshop and delicious Spa Cuisine to promote an emotional and healthy well being. Have you ever wanted to meditate, but never start because you think your mind is to active. If you have ever told yourself that you could never meditate because you just can't keep your mind or body still. Then this is the class for you! You actually need this more than anyone. In this class you will learn why you want to meditate. You will learn how to stop overanalyzing and get out of your head into a state of bliss. Where you lose yourself reality and slip into a state of void from your thoughts and feelings. You will begin to look forward to your meditation time. You will learn how your brain works and how you can change your bad habits into new healthier habits that will serve you. All through meditation. We will teach you how to prepare your enviroment and body to make time for Meditation. And How to prepare your mind for this new state. Meditation is not what you think it is. We will break it down for you of why it works. Why the most enlightened beings meditate. The secrets behind why meditation works, why it calms the mind and literally changes people. In addition, you will receive four emails from our reservation system which will be showing your spa treatment only. Please know that these emails are automated. Yes, it may be overkill on the communication, but we want to make sure all your questions are answered. Can I use a Sunflower Spa Gift Card for payment? No, our software will not allow it. Can I book and pay over the phone with the Sunflower Spa for payment? Yes, however, we will be using the event software system to process your payment. We highly recommend that you book the ticket yourself on Eventbrite. Is gratuity included in the ticket price? Yes, gratuity is included in the ticket price. We have included 18% gratuity. Leaving gratuities for work well done seems to be the norm. Most tips range from 15% to 25% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. Gratuities can be paid in cash and we will provide an envelope for you at the event. How can I contact the organizer with questions? If you have questions about the event please email [email protected] or call 920.739.1235. When do I arrive for the event? Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your ticketed time. Your ticket time is the time your spa service will begin and you don't want to be late for that. Will I be in a room with another person? No Will I be dining alone or with others? All attendees will be dining together in our Retreat Room, where we have a dining room table and living room. What will I be eating? The Sunflower Spa will be preparing delicious Spa Cuisine prepared by our in-spa Chef Shelley. What are my drink choices? The Sunflower Spa is licensed by the City of Appleton to serve beer and wine. At this event, we will be serving wine, sparkling water, coffee, and spa water. What do I wear? Please wear whatever you are comfortable in. We encourage you to wear some warm socks so you can go shoeless when you enter the Retreat room. If it’s snowing or raining we will ask you to remove your wet shoes or boots prior to entering the Retreat Room. What does the Retreat room look like?
