Remove and center rack and pinion on 2004 Tundra

I had a new rack and pinion installed on my 2004 Tundra. It wasn't centered correctly. I'm getting 1.5 turns to the right and 2.5 turns to the left so the clock spring has been destroyed also. I'm only looking for someone to do the rack work. No new parts should be needed...only drop the rack, center it and reinstall. I need a mobile mechanic to come to my house to do the work. The truck can't be driven right now due to other issues and deactivated tags. Contact me with estimates.
