Laura Beaudoin has been practicing yoga since 2006. Yoga has been an instrumental part of her life ever since. In January 2019, she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification through the Maine Center for Vital Living. She is also certified in trauma informed teaching through Inner Light Yoga, and in October 2019 completed her Ayurveda Yoga Specialist training through the Himalayan Institut. She has a passion for all styles of yoga, and her teaching focus is on Vinyasa- and Hatha -style classes.
Join her at Side by Each for an all-levels class designed to benefit you physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. We will start with connecting to the breath and move through a warm up before transitioning to a series of poses designed to gently build heat and strengthen the body. We will then engage in some stretching poses to release tension and end with relaxation. Whether this is your first yoga class or your 1000th, you will feel nourished when you leave and ready for whatever your week brings you!
