I think it's safe to say we are all experiencing the outer and internal shifts that often come along with great changes. It is of the utmost importance that we are doing things to stay grounded and keep us attuned to the intuitive presence that resides within. This isn't always the easiest thing to do when we are in a constant state of fear about the future and living in the remnants of the past. Balance is key right now and there are tools we can all use to help restore inner-harmony. With all that being said, I invite you to join me for an hour of deep relaxation and restorative vibrational sounds. The intent for this session as is the intent for all of my sessions, is to tune you into the deeper intuitive healing voice within. NEW LOCATION! I am excited to announce that I have found a new location to host all my future indoor soundbaths. This location offers a more intimate and private setting. (At the previous location others could book in studios next to me so I was unable to control the noise levels) I'm looking forward to the new location! Event Reminders Please arrive on time. Due to the nature of the event and ourt of consideration for others, doors will close onece the soundbath has begun. Please bring your own mat, blankets, pillows, water etc. I highly encourage you dress in layers or bring blankets as your temperature will likely drop throughout the soundbath.Please contact me prior to the day of the event with any questions. I am usually getting myself and all of my instruments together on the day of the event.
