TAMPA, FL — Sal Y Mar, the new rooftop bar that will crown the highly anticipated dual-branded Aloft and Element Hotel opening in Midtown Tampa in January, is now hiring personnel. Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co.'s newest venture is looking to fill various full- and part-time food and beverage positions, including servers, hosts, cooks, bartenders and others. Applications are available online and interviews will take place via Zoom. Inspired by the Riviera Maya town of Tulum, Sal Y Mar's (Salt and Sea) casual-yet-sophisticated Old-World setting will feature 360-degree views of the Tampa, Westshore and St. Petersburg skylines.
