Connie is a Transformation Coach, she has 6 years of experience in Mindset, Fitness & Nutrition being on her own journey with the renowned company Beachbody. She has since ventured on her own helping others navigate the ever changing landscape of all things related to Fitness & a Healthy Lifestyle. Come see how she can help you on your Journey and meet you where you are. Open Sessions: Tuesday & Thursday 5 - 6pm Saturday 12:30-1:30 Cost $15 each day Private 1:1 sessions available upon request.
