TAMPA, FL — Tampa-based SoFresh, an emerging fresh casual concept that serves nutritious, made-to order meals that are quick and healthy, opened a new eatery Monday at Town Square Center. "We are very excited to bring SoFresh to Westshore Boulevard and be able to serve the area with healthy and made-to-order menu items," said John Williams Jr., founder and vice president of operations. "For every meal sold on opening day, we will be donating a meal to the ER nurses of Tampa General Hospital." The franchise operators are Eric and Colin Mathers and this is the first location for the father-and-son team. SoFresh is also located at 512 N. Franklin St. Tampa. According to Clay Donato, partner and vice president development, SoFresh is projected to add eight to 10 additional locations in 2021, with expansion throughout Florida, Pennsylvania, Massachusetts and Georgia. Founded in tampa in 2013, SoFresh now has 13 locations serving the eastern United States.
