Dancing Warrior is a vinyasa flow that represents the grace, rhythm, and movement resembling a dance performance with the strength and
power of the Warrior Poses and its variations. Yogis will be led through classic sun salutations to prepare for this flow. This practice is
appropriate for all levels.
This class is 6:15-7:15pm.
