Using Results Based AccountabilityTM (RBA) for better outcomes in early literacy.Join us in person to learn from/with each other as we explore how Results Based Accountability can improve literacy outcomes for children, organizations, and our community.
In this practical, hands-on session we will share ideas about using RBA to improve outcomes in your own programming, including addressing racial and other inequities.
Presenters: Community leads from Square One, Home City Families, Eric Carle Museum of Picture Book Art and Ilka Walkley, Certified RBA Professional and Coach.
Ilka brings 15 years’ experience working with a range of organizations and community members to improve outcomes for children and families in the US, Australia and the United Kingdom. She is trained in Anti-Racist Results Based Accountability and will be sharing some of those learnings with us.
