Come flow with us during golden hour as we stretch and strengthen our bodies together. Lets fill up our tanks with this hour of self care. Do what feels good. Don't do what doesnt. -- Every Body is different. You will be guided through a flow, but please listen to your body first. This is an all-levels class which grants you the freedom to scale your practice up or down to fit your body's needs or your desired difficulty level. You're in charge of your body! She has traveled the world and performed on many stages dancing for artists such as Ariana Grande, Charlie Wilson, KeKe Palmer, Ginuine, and more. She is passionate about our physical and mental wellbeing and believes that yoga is the perfect tool for deeping our connection with our bodies, deepening our breath, and becoming more mindful.
