Fourth Street Clinic's Annual Toast to Good Health is back in person - Thursday, June 9 from 6 - 9pm. Join us to support Fourth Street Clinic's mission to provide essential health care for men, women and families experiencing homelessness in Utah.Toast to Good Health is a culinary and wine tasting tour presented by Caputo's Market and Deli. Guests will experience artisan food and wine at five specially curated cuisine stations.Additionally, guests will have the opportunity to talk to staff members and Board of Director members about our exciting 10-year strategic plan. Plus, you can climb onboard our mobile medical bus and talk to our Medical Outreach Street Team.In-person tickets are $200 each which directly funds essential, comprehensive, and integrated health care. COVID-19 precautions: Proof of vaccination or negative test will be required at the door. As we continue to maintain a safe and healthy community, we recognize that some individuals may feel more comfortable enjoying treats from Caputo’s in their home. To that end, we are offering a special Caputo’s gift box containing selected cheese from Caputo’s cheese cave, a cured meat selection and a chocolate bar. Suggested wine pairings will be included for participants to procure on their own. Gift boxes will be mailed June 2nd.Mailed Gift Box: $150/per box (includes shipping)No refunds.
