Giving yourself time for connection + restoration There's only so much we can all store in our body and mind before things start to go sideways. Allow yourself to be 'taken away' for an hour as Jihan teaches and applies the natural wonders of earth's essence to help restore your mind, body, and soul. Each class will be an application of different essential oils + blends making the experience unique every time. Please bring a yoga mat & pillow to lay down on. Entrance in the back of the building.
