Come join us in Berea, KY for a fun-filled, educational, and collaborative three full days of learning and exploration of guest relations! After a two-year hiatus, we are bringing back our conference in a new location - Berea, Kentucky! This year's event will give you the opportunity to experience a multi-facted view of how a college and a small town work together to create a memorable guest experience. We will get to explore this historic college from the eyes of a guest, then we'll have plenty of opportunities to reflect and brainstorm with colleagues about our own company experiences and how we can work to improve them. We are also excited to welcome Cheryl Hargrove from Hargrove International as our keynote speaker. There will be lots of work going on, but also lots of fun and food. We hope you can make time to come. Your fee includes all of your meals and activities and transportation throughout the week. What your fee doesn't include is your hotel and your transportation into the Lexington airport. We plan to make the bus available once in the morning and once in the afternoon to transport people from the airport to Berea on Sunday.
