TAMPA, FL — Hillsborough County sheriff's detectives have arrested a 61-year-old man accused of fatally shooting an 80-year-old woman in her home during a domestic violence argument. Detectives arrested Timmy Allen Keene and charged him with second-degree murder in the shooting of a woman at her Tanner Road home. Hillsborough Sheriff Timmy Allen Keene The shooting occurred around 5 p.m. Wednesday. Deputies did not reveal Keen's relationship with the woman.
