Gentle Yoga for every body type - we can modify to create shapes that feel best for your individual body and mind! Do you find it’s hard to shut your mind off? It happens to many of us. It’s normal - the mind’s essential role is to think, plan, and learn new things. But when the thoughts start to spiral out of control, it’s counterproductive and can lead to stress and anxiety. But… The present moment is calling to you!! When we spend our time with our minds wandering and racing, we aren’t truly present in the moment and this is when life passes by too quickly. Don’t miss your moments, don’t miss out on your life. Practicing mindfulness can help quiet the mind and bring the attention to the present moment. Yoga gives you an opportunity to train to brain by practicing mindfulness on and off your mat. Join me on May 17th for a gentle yoga practice to promote mindfulness and peace. Tea at 7pm Yoga at 715pm Bring your mat, blanket, pillow and anything else that enhances your practice.
