Join Anna for a two-hour restorative yoga workshop, designed to be an oasis of rest and relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and grounded.
Workshop includes gentle movement, restorative yoga poses, meditation, plus tools you can use in your daily life to reduce stress and increase well-being.
Yoga mats and props will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own.
Participants are encouraged to bring:
Socks and sweater to stay cozy during restorative posesEye mask or cover to allow for more internal reflection$25 suggested donation.
Vaccination required, masks optional. Please do not attend if you are feeling ill or have come into contact with Covid recently.
Workshop is limited to 15 participants to allow for distancing.
