Join us for a Nigerian meal, learn about the Embry family mission trip, and bid on authentic Nigerian items in a silent auction! The Embry family went on a bittersweet mission trip to Nigeria in April. Their eyes were filled with tears of compassion as the need for nutrition, clean water, and proper education for children surrounded them everywhere they looked. Even with all of the sadness, they also witnessed the joy, peace, and comfort of Jesus! The family is passionate about fighting human poverty, hunger, lack of education, and slavery. In the fall, they plan to move to Nigeria to teach sustainable farming practices, construct and repair structures, educate children, and embolden others by sharing the hope of Jesus. 100% of the money raised will go to the Embry family for their mission endeavors. Donations for the meal will be collected at the entry of the event.
