"Be prepared for run activity. Bring questions about running techniques, shoes and gear.
This session will cover running form, tips, increasing stamina, using a walk-run-approach. The session will also touch on massage tools, shoes and socks.
- If time and capacity permits, participants will have an opportunity to shop within the Run For Your Life Store.
- Understand that if fittings don't take place, contact the store to schedule an appointment for individualized attention.
- Participants should dress comfortably and wear tennis shoes.
