The Kings County District Attorney's Office, in Partnership with Freeway Toyota of Hanford, are issuing and etching Owner Applied Numbers. Catalytic Converters are being stolen due to precious metals they contain. Generally, thieves will cut them out using reciprocal saws and they are not concerned about damaging the vehicle. Within minutes, they can cause several thousand dollars in replacement costs and repair. The Kings County District Attorney's Office in partnership with Freeway Toyota - Hanford will engrave vehicle catalytic converters. To expedite this event please register and come out to Freeway Toyota - Hanford on Saturday, May 21, 2022 to have your catalytic converter marked with your Owner Applied Number.
