Immediate opportunity. An established landscape construction company (30+ years) is currently seeking an experienced construction foreman to join our team. Be a part of a busy company that delivers quality landscape projects on time. The applicant must have a minimum experience in supervising/installing all tasks of landscape construction including irrigation, drainage, planting and plant materials, masonry and concrete. Manage landscape construction projects, act as intermediary between landscape field crew and management as needed. Read and follow plans, material lists, guidelines. Communicate progress on landscape projects to company management and field staff effective. Requirements: Must be familiar with a variety of concepts, practices and procedures related to the installation of concrete, tile masonry, carpentry, electrical plants, etc. Blueprint reading skills. Good leadership and communication skills. Able to work with management and lead other employees as a team. Must be reliable, responsible, and punctual. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred but not required. Must possess valid CA drivers license and be insurable by company insurance carriers. This is a full time position M-F.
