Two tiered flat rates for up to 2,500 sq ft and those over 2,500 sq ft models. We are looking for contractors to pick up contracts for several months of the year approx 10 models in those months and growing. Contractors must have equipment, general liability and auto insurance, pass a background check, have a valid drivers’ license and reliable transportation and must be dependable.
