Riding Mower, Honda Accord Collide In Pearl River

PEARL RIVER, NY — A 21-year-old on a riding mower and an 89-year-old driving a Honda Accord collided Monday afternoon in Pearl River. Injured, the 21-year-old was taken to Montefiore Nyack Hospital by ambulance, Orangetown police said. The 21-year-old is a Spring Valley resident. The 89-year-old is from Pearl River. Orangetown police are investigating the incident, which took place at the intersection of Orangeburg Road and Terrence Court at 2:45 p.m. They ask anyone who witnessed the accident or who many have additional information to please call 845-359-3700.
