Maintenance person/handyman wanted for office building. Searching for a maintenance person with experience handling a mixture of routine and complex problems, such as with a multi-unit establishment. Previous buildings experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for a handy person with workplace improvement, renovation and remodeling skills. The person should be able to identify and troubleshoot issues and respond quickly to service requests. The position's primary responsibility is to handle day-to-day maintenance activities and tasks.
