Auto Air and Electric of Lee County, Inc., is a family owned and very busy auto repair shop, serving customers since 1992. We are looking to fill 2 positions, an experienced Auto Mechanic / Technician, and an experienced Diagnostic Technician with management abilities, to join our company and team. Technicians with advanced diagnostic abilities, and service writer management skills, are a huge plus. We are a Full Service Auto Repair Shop that is Specialized in Air Conditioning and Electrical. After 30 years of service at the same location, we have established a reputation that comes highly recommended. We are looking for the best, Hours of service are Monday thru Friday 8 - 5, no weekends, no nights. This is a FULL TIME position, and we pay on an hourly basis, not flat rate. The hourly pay would be competitive, and depend on your experience and abilities, along with your desire to learn and grow with the company. A $5000.00 SIGN ON BONUS IS AVAILABLE TO HIRED applicants with skilled diagnostic abilities, and/or exceptional experiences. Future advancement opportunities would be available for the right candidate. As an added benefit, we also offer occasional bonuses, paid Holidays, and paid Vacation time. Candidates would need to have 3+ years experience, in everyday full service auto repair and maintenance - to include providing diagnostic scanning, A/C, alternators, water pumps, brakes, motor swaps, oil changes, etc., etc., multiple mechanical repairs for all types of vehicles: Electrical diagnostic abilities would be a valuable plus to this position.
