The Twin Cities Luncheon Committee announces its June 2022 IPT Event:
When it Comes to Software, You’d Better Watch Your SaaS
Presentation Topic Description
Software and related services continue to evolve in ways that current sales/use tax statutes could not have anticipated - and will undoubtedly continue to outpace future legislative changes. In addition to the questions created by gaps in statutory language, tax administrators continue to take aggressive positions leading to taxpayer assessments. This session will address some of the most troubling issues facing taxpayers.
