This is a perfect time to enjoy Sacred Ceremonial Cacao as it can help you Connect with Your Heart and be a Gentle Guide through Transformational Consciousness Shifts. In my experience, Cacao Ceremony can also assist in Energetic Healing and receive Clarity in Love, Purpose, Intuitive Abilities, Career, and Personal Growth. Please be advised: I prepare my Ceremonial Cacao with only the following ingredients Lite Coconut Milk, Local Raw Honey ( Just the slightest kiss), Rose Water, Cardamon, and 100% Organic Certified, ethically-sourced Cacao. This is not a sweet treat but plant medicine. The flavor is similar to 90% pure bitter dark chocolate, and it has an earthy, lightly spiced floral flavor. We will take our cups and hold them in our hands as we bless the Cacao and give thanks to the Plant Medicine. And finally, we will take our first sip. It will warm you and feel nourishing and full of goodness. A cacao ceremony is shamanic healing, but it doesn’t have hallucinogenic or “out of body” effects, unlike other shamanic experiences. The cacao ceremony is rooted in helping to re-balance the energies within us and restore good health. Cacao contains anandamide, which is known as the bliss molecule. This is the same thing produced in your body when you work out and feel a rush of good energy. Plus, it helps balance blood sugar levels and creates more blood flow to the brain, helping to strengthen awareness and focus. It’s also naturally packed with caffeine, which acts as a burst of energy, enhances creativity, and encourages deep meditation. This is Cacao and the gift of stepping into a sacred ceremony. To keep this event as green as possible, we as that you bring your favorite mug. RSVP is required for the Sacred Cacao Ceremony. Space will be limited to 15 participants. Due to the preparation necessary for preparing for the Sacred Cacao Ceremony, prepaid RSVPs are required no later than Sunday, June 5th, 8pm PHX. Minimum 4 participants will be required to hold the event. Prepaid individuals will be refunded if the event is canceled. Spread the word and invite a friend! $30.00 per person or $50.00 per couple. Lose comfortable layered clothing is suggested; bring a small item to be placed on the altar to be blessed, and do not forget to bring your journals and your mug. We will be on the floor; bring what you need to be comfortable such as yoga mats, blankets, and floor pillows.
