We are a family run business starting up a few vacation homes in Humboldt County, and are looking for outstanding local candidates to join our cleaning family. Previous cleaning experience is required. Candidates must be able to perform the required job duties. The job is physical, so you must enjoy being on your feet! If you love to clean and bring positivity with you into the workplace, apply today. We are scheduled Mon-Sun with hours that vary, but fall between 9:00am-4:00pm. Depending on guests arrival and departure time. This is a part-time to full-time position depending on the schedule with our guest occupancy. LOOKING FOR: Professional House Cleaner PAY: $20-$25 Depending on experience LOCATION: Arcata,Ca SHIFT: Day time/Afternoons- Typically 10am-4pm HOURS: Part-Time/Full-Time WE OFFER BONUSES FOR RENTAL REFERRALS JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/QUALIFICATIONS include but not limited to: Maintain rental inventory Clean residential houses, Airbnb and Vacation rental homes Clean kitchen, living room, dining room, dusting, mopping, sweeping, etc. Get laundry switched over for Mission linen/make beds etc. People who love cleaning and have a great eye for detail Must work independently and work smart Maintain the cleaning equipment Report back to the manager with any issues with the clients or properties Must have the experience cleaning in a timely fashion and meet timelines Ability to be on your feet your entire shift Enjoy working hard, physical work and are self motivated Must have strong problem-solving skills and a can do attitude Capable of standing, walking, squatting, bending, kneeling, and reaching continuously throughout a shift Capable of pushing and pulling furniture and equipment REQUIREMENTS Reliable Transportation Smart Phone Responsible, communicative, reliable and punctual One Year minimum cleaning experience We look forward to reading your resumes and finding the right people to join our team!
