Showroom Consultant:  The Showroom Consultant contributes as an expert advisor assisting retail customers in selecting the appropriate appliance products that will achieve their project and durability objectives. This position is a fast-paced, full-time position and will be working day to day with business partners and end-users. Key Responsibilities:  Effectively and efficiently provide an educational consultation of our luxury brands for our clients Enhance customer experience by appropriately identifying their needs followed by educating on high end appliance solutions Collaborate with the internal marketing and sales team to provide feedback on trends, consumer insights and showroom needs Responsible for upholding showroom and customer standards at a high level to make impression of showroom modern and desirable Support the Showroom Manager to coordinate, conduct and complete successful events Qualifications:  Must have experience in high-end restaurant, hotel or hospitality, education, or luxury retail industry Prior experience in consultative sales of premier retail products is desirable Ability to grasp and understand technical specifications of product, troubleshoot and fix problems as they arise Must be available to work on Saturdays and some evenings for events, and able to work occasionally in our Boston Seaport showroom TalenTrust: Careers: Showroom Consultant in Milford, Massachusetts | Careers at Clarke (icims.com)
