FRAMINGHAM, MA - Mark Haranas, chief executive officer of MutualOne Bank, announced on Monday the promotion of Brian Ledwith to executive vice president and chief lending officer. Ledwith joined the bank in 2007 and, before his promotion, served as the head of commerciallending. In his new role, he will continue his current responsibilities while overseeing all of thebank's lending functions, including the residential lending and loan servicing departments. A graduate of Boston College, Ledwith holds a bachelor's degree in political science. He isalso a graduate of the National School of Banking. Throughout his career, he has built up over32 years of commercial and residential lending experience. MutualOne Bank, which operates under an 1889 state charter, has full-service offices at 828Concord Street and One Lincoln Street in Framingham and at 49 Main Street in Natick, aCommercial Loan Center at 160 Cochituate Road in Framingham, and a Residential LoanCenter at 49 Main Street in Natick. The Bank is a member of the Federal Deposit InsuranceCorporation (FDIC) and a member of the Depositors Insurance Fund (DIF). All deposits areinsured in full.
