Join us for a fun 30 minute CrossFit style workout! No experience necessary. Each workout will be lead by a certified CrossFit Coach from start to finish.
How it Works:
1. Register for a workout time.
2. Arrive at least 10min. before your workout time.
3. Have fun!
This is a FREE event. Donations accepted. All donations will go to the Frederick Center in support of the LGBTQ+ community.
A donation can be made when you reserve your ticket.
