BOHEMIA, NY — A Bohemia gentleman's club had its liquor license suspended after it was found to violate the state coronavirus regulations, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo. Temptations, on 10 Carlough Road, was one of three Suffolk County businesses to have their licenses suspended after recent investigations including Off-Key Tikki in Patchogue and Toku Modern Asian in Manhasset. The local club was investigated on Aug. 29, according to Cuomo's office. Investigators with the state's multi-agency task force found that 10 patrons and employees — most without facial coverings — were standing, congregating and lingering directly in front of the premises, ignoring social distancing guidelines, according to Cuomo's office. After entering the establishment, investigators also found several employees were not wearing facial coverings, including two bartenders, multiple security guards, and an employee performing a lap dance, state officials said. Investigators also documented customers that were ignoring social distancing inside the establishment and no food was observed at tables throughout the premises, according to Cuomo's office.
