On Saturday, the diocese will host a Worship Celebration at 10:30 am at the Zembo Shrine Auditorium, Harrisburg, PA. All are invited! On Saturday, June 11, 2022, the diocese will host a Worship Celebration at 10:30 am at the Zembo Shrine Auditorium, Harrisburg, PA. The Zembo is located at 2801 N 3rd St #2, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Following the celebration, a boxed lunch will be provided. This event is free to the public, but pre-registration is required. The doors will open and activities will begin at 9:00 am. Who is Invited – Everyone! You...your family...your friends and neighbors...your congregation. All are invited to participate in this worship celebration. What to Expect – Seating for the Worship Celebration is limited and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. The Worship service begins promptly at 10:30 am. Activities – The Worship service begins at 10:30 am, but fun, creative activities will be ongoing in the lobby beginning at 9 am. FREE Parking – Free ample parking is provided adjacent to the Zembo Shrine Auditorium. Handicap Accessibility – The Zembo Shrine Auditorium does offer handicap accessibility and parking spots. If you require handicap assistance, please note on registration. Bus Transportation – We are encouraging people from all over the diocese to attend. The diocese is providing three coach busses from Altoona, Williamsport, and State College. Altoona - leaving from St. John's Episcopal Church, Huntingdon at 8:15 am. Williamsport - leaving from Christ Episcopal Church, Williamsport at 7:45 am. State College - leaving from St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, State College at 8:00 am. Lunch - a boxed lunch will be provided at no cost. Registration is required to attend the meal. There will be several boxed lunch choices and dietary restrictions will be noted. COVID Precautions – Please note, that due to the recent uptick in COVID-19 Cases, masking for this event will be required. Masks will be provided upon check-in.
